The International Institute for the Study of Cross-Border Investment and M&A is pleased to announce its fourth annual Symposium on current issues in international cross-border mergers, acquisitions and strategic investments. The 2012 Symposium will be hosted by Peking University Guanghua School of Business in Beijing, and follows XBMA’s successful symposia hosted by NYU in 2010, Cambridge in 2009 and Peking University in 2008.

The Symposium represents an effort by the cooperating Universities and professionals to foster a cross-disciplinary dialogue among a select group of global leaders. To achieve this dialogue, the XMBA Symposium gathers from around the globe leading thinkers from business and finance, the law, the academy, and government. The symposium is open only to invited participants. It is expected that a particular focus of the conversation this year will be the implications for cross-border transactional and investment activity of the rapidly developing new world order among emerging and developed economics.

国际跨国投资与并购协会（International Institute for the Study of Cross-Border Investment and M&A）荣幸地宣布其将举行的以当前存在于国际跨境并购及战略投资领域中的各类问题为主题的第四次研讨会。2012年度的研讨会将由北京大学光华商学院主办。此前，纽约大学曾在2010年成功举办了XBMA研讨会，北京大学于2008年在北京，以及剑桥大学于2009年都举办了该研讨会。 本研讨会得到了参与合作的各大学及专业人员的鼎力相助，共同建立了这个由来自产业、金融和法律领域的一些全球领导者参与的跨领域的对话平台。XMBA研讨会召集了来自商业、金融、法律、学术和政府领域的全球思维领导者。本研讨会仅向受邀者开放。
